About eight years ago I ran a program called Business Volunteers for the Arts here in San Francisco. Unfortunately the program folded along with its host Business Arts Council about 18 months ago. It is a real loss for the community.
Since my return I've been told by arts, business and funding folks that the program is missed. In response I'm put together a committee of arts and business leaders to conduct a feasibility to study to see if we can re-launch the program.
