My Vision and Values
I believe in the balance of body-mind-breath as the foundation for reaching our fullest potential. In my work as a creative educator, facilitator, coach, and author I combine Yoga Asana and Pranayama with intention setting and visioning in order for my students and clients to reach their fullest creative potential. The foundation of my vision is to treat others as you want to be treated, with respect, dignity and compassion.
My Mission
Based in Oakland, CA I collaborate with individuals, teams and organizations to reach their fullest potential through personal and professional development as well as strategic planning and business modeling.

honed as Director of Arts & Business Partnerships at the Business Arts
Council, an in-house affiliate of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Currently I am the Director of Professional Development at Intersection for the Arts in San Francisco.
As
a former faculty member at The Art Institute of California – San Francisco I taught in
the Fashion Marketing and Management and Advertising Departments. Courses
include: Human Resource Management, Executive Leadership, Organizational
Development, and Career Development, E-Commerce Strategies and Analytics, and
Entrepreneurship. Currently I teach at Golden Gate University, Mills College and St. Mary's College.
I
earned a Masters in Arts Administration from Golden Gate University and
Bachelors degrees in Cinema/Photography and English from Ithaca College. While
a resident of London, England I completed a diploma in Neuro-LinguisticProgramming and certification in Life Coaching from the Coaching Academy.
Additionally, I completed Leaders as Coaches Certification at the London Centre for Excellence in Leadership. Currently, I am a Doctor of Business Administration student at Golden Gate University.
Because
I believe in the connection of mind-body-breath in personal development and reaching one’s fullest
potential, I have completed a 500-hour yoga teacher certification at The YogaRoom, Berkeley’s Advanced Studies Program and teach weekly classes in aligning
body-mind-breath for balance and relaxation. Yoga is also subtly incorporated
into my consulting practice.
