My sister Marlene told me about this fantastic snack bar called Larabar when I was living in the UK. I am now totally addicted. They seem to have about 20 flavors and the ingredients are all natural (if not organic).

Trader Joe's carries the apple pie flavor picture above(they also have the best prices), which also happens to be larabar's flavor of the month. It takes like chocolate but its just fruit. Of course, I don't eat chocolate so you may not agree with my flavor comparison.

Serves: 1 (because dreams are only in our minds)

Ingredients:

Meringue base

Dark chocolate ice cream center

Heavy cream topping

Fresh raspberries

To be honest, this is more of Stephen's dream.
