My condo finally feels like home. I'm not sure what helped me feel settled into the space. Perhaps it was having to call the plumber to fix my suddenly-unhappy kitchen sink. Or, maybe it was the soft curtains I added to the living room and bedroom. The place changed from feeling lifeless to warmer and cozier.
Today is the first day since I moved in that I am just laying in bed, typing on the computer. Up until now I have been busy with school and travel. Sitting here, propped up in bed with many pillows, the sun streaming in through the lace curtains, I feel relaxed.
